Surabaya Tourism Ambassador.

Hey, gorgeus. Today, after my long hibernation (haha) I'll post about my new activity. This activity is which I focus on since May. And, yes, that's Cak dan Ning Surabaya. Cak Ning are terms that used to call the tourist ambasadors of Surabaya. Yes, we are. We do have a great attention to our great lovely city Surabaya. We do many things to develop and introduce Surabaya to other countries locally and even Internationally. We've selected after many steps of selection and end up by a huge election on the grand final day. It's proudable. Many experience, new mates, new "world", and much more. Our efforts are pricefull. Hopefully, we could give the very best of us to Surabaya. Sparkling Surabaya, You'll love every corner of it.

sport time!!

Today, I'll have soccer time. But it's not like a real soccer in a large field. It's played in a little field like volly with estetic grasses. I'm soooo into it. I'm very excited from the first time my friends invite me to join this sport. Well, in Indonesia we called it Futsal. It's fun, helty and moodbooster!! So, What sport do you interested in, peeps?

Wishing

Last day I saw a pair of shoes in a store and it caught my mind to grab it fast. But I hold back. Then I walked to the next store and I saw a pretty dress. Surely it was. But I hold back (again). Finally I stooped by a sale in a department store but I just took a breath and walked away. Yap! I hold back. Sometimes, you can't always buy anything you want. Oh..Well Okay, you can (cz you had a genie out of the bottle) ;D

Love It or Let It Go

Recently, I gotta be honest, I was so distressed. Frustrated. I don’t have any hand to hold on and thought that my very closed one is disappeared (Really). On my very own thought, sometimes I’d rather go. don’t wanna see him anymore (it hurts), trying to forget it and just let go. But starting a brand new start isn’t that easy, but I can’t being like this. I thought and thought again, until I just settled and got a long breath-taking tried to choose. I don’t want to be wrong to decide. Love it or Let it go. Well, I choose to love it and see my resistance. Love in pain or love in hate is just same. If the choice was those two, you’d better to let it go. When you feel that it’s too hard to continue and you can’t to be someone else, just let it go. But when you still thought that it’s worth and you can walked it through.. love it. Not in pain nor in hate. Unconditionally. I’ve learn my part (at least I tried to) and you have to find yours too, peeps!!

Power

All of us : You-me-them. has a great power on our own. But sometimes we don't realize it. Look in to your soul. And you'll find your own hero : yourself!. Don't try to copy other people, don't try to judge anyone else and stop blaming because you feel that they couldn't understand you. Otherwise, know yourself, let the power out because the only one who know you is yourself. I used to be a good girl. You know, tender, patient, smiling 24 hour nonstop. But I cant. I always fail or in another word is fail often. until finally I just settled and just be Me! whether pleasant or not.

When I give up I look deep in my heart and promise that I'll do it again. Not once, but hundred times. Then I lift my head up and face it. You know, no matter how many times we were failed provided that we return and try (again). That's power. Our power. Realize it. Feel it. Show your power, cupcakes :)

Daily Reads

5 days ago I borrowed a book from library. Actually I didn't have any plan for that, but I directly changed my mind after I saw this book. This book classified in literary and it's kind of light reading because the pages wasn't thick, it's quite papery and it was fitted with my rush hour routines recently. This Book titled: Kemilau Cahaya dan Perempuan Buta by Gus tf Sakai as one of the amazing author in literary. It was the second group of short stories that he made after Istana Ketirisan. All of the stories inside had been posted in many mass media and even some of it had been translated in English and Portuguese!! WOW.

Now, let's talk about Gus tf Sakai. Gus tf Sakai was born in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra, August 13th, 1965.
He studied in Andalas University, Padang and graduated in 1994. His creativity start early I think. How not, he interested in prose when he was 13, since his short history won 1st prize in a competition. Then, he created many prose and stories up until now. Well, I think I couldn't told you more, I just speechless! he was creative. Genius. Plotted. Shortly, it's totally amazing. :)
I suggest you to read this one too. Perahu Kertas by Dee. It such a nice book with unthinkable plot. Dee is one of my favorite author nowadays. here the pict of the book :
